Recorder Players’ Workshop I*

Ensemble playing in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, this workshop is aimed at experienced adult players who ideally offer two instruments and are able to swap between them.
The ability to hold your own part in a group and good sight-reading skills are key. Expect a wide range of interesting music and technique tuition, as required. Contact Pauline Welch on paulinewelch.moorfield@gmail.com for further details. Bookings should be made through the Hall.
Ruth’s musical training includes three years at the Royal Academy of Music, and after several years’ teaching, a year at Trinity College of Music. Well known for her accompanying and tutoring skills, she is experienced in conducting small groups, chamber groups and orchestras throughout the UK. Ruth visits the USA each year to join the faculty on a workshop in Connecticut.
*There is the option to stay for an additional day for this workshop, with sessions led by Pauline Welch, departing at 3pm on 13th March. The cost for this option is £263.
