Recorder Players’ Workshop II

Ensemble playing in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, this workshop is aimed at experienced adult players who ideally offer two instruments and are able to swap between them.  The ability to hold your own part in a group and good sight-reading skills are key.  Expect a wide variety of interesting music and technique tuition, as required.  Contact paulinewelch.moorfield@gmail.com for further details. Mary is well-established in the north of England as both teacher and performer.  She founded, and continues to be the musical director of the Durham branch of the Society of Recorder Players.  Mary has also taught recorder and flute at Durham and Newcastle Universities and is regularly invited to guest conduct at other SRP branches and festivals.  She tutors at the early music summer schools NORVIS and HISS.
