The Celtic Vision – Contemplation with the Celtic Harp

A day of retreat with the gentle music of the Celtic harp, and wisdom from the early Celtic Christian tradition.
The Celtic vision sees nature as the face of God, and offers a spiritual practice to take us into intimate relationship with the divine in every aspect of our daily lives. We will reflect on how this rich and ancient tradition can inform our own spiritual growth and practice in the modern world.
The Celtic harp has a special place in sacred music, through its ability to open our hearts and take us into deep stillness and place of communion. Weather permitting, Julie will play her harp outside in the gardens of Parcevall Hall, weaving the beauty of its sound with the music of nature. There will also be time for individual reflection.
Julie Darling has followed a contemplative spiritual path for more than twenty years. She holds an International Diploma in Therapeutic Harp work, is a qualified teacher and experienced group leader, leading workshops and retreats around the UK.
The price includes morning coffee and lunch.
