The Spiritual Aspect of Counselling

Counselling can be at its most effective when we look in-depth at the human psyche. The testing steps we go through in life unavoidably create suffering, which can make or break us.  To heal and develop understanding from sorrows and distortions there is a need to reflect on how we manage the ‘self’. This course will discuss how the ‘three souls in every man’ interact within us, and how listening to this hidden intelligence slowly shapes our being into a healthier place, to give greater wisdom and integrity.

Marion Duff MBACP has been an in-depth freelance counsellor, supervisor and trainer in South Manchester for three and a half decades. Pastoral carers, bereavements groups, lectures for counsellors, ministers, teachers, EQ courses, and workshops on a variety of subjects have all been included over the years.
