THE TEAM

We have a small and dedicated team of cooks, housekeepers, front of house
and backroom staff who keep the Hall running smoothly. They make a valuable
contribution to the Hall’s atmosphere of welcome.

Many of you will know Parcevall Hall’s long-serving Chaplain, Graham Bettridge.
He is available for quiet days and services, and time with Graham can be arranged
through the Hall for confession, prayer or a confidential chat.

Our Guests Tell Us...

“The Staff who remember everyone, their families names, their problems etc. There are not enough words to appreciate & praise them all enough, nothing is too much trouble, the care & feeling of being enfolded into your family at PH is beyond compare.”

"Thank you for the camaraderie and food!"

"Another lovely weekend.  I always look forward to it and it always more than fulfils our needs.  Many thanks to all the staff"

"Our first visit and hopefully not our last. A beautiful place and a wonderful experience."

“I have been visiting and staying at Parcevall Hall for over 10 years and have very much appreciated the warmth of welcome and hospitality shown by every one of the staff that I have met over this time.  There is a real culture of hospitality which pervades the place.  The way the gardens are managed so that even in the depths of winter they are accessible and beautiful is a real blessing. As well as visiting as part of a group, I have often stayed on an individual basis and have been able to find a peaceful part of the house even when there is a lot going on.”

“The house allows you to ‘be’ in God’s presence & you are uninterrupted especially in silent retreats. The house itself ministers to you, as I discovered on my first ever visit when all the ‘God’ bits went over my head.”

"A feast of delight in every respect. Thank you."

“The food is lovely and the accommodation very comfortable. The staff couldn't be more helpful.”

"A lovely place and we have many happy memories of church weekends there"

“Parcevall Hall keeps getting better and better!”
