THE TEAM

We have a small and dedicated team of cooks, housekeepers, front of house
and backroom staff who keep the Hall running smoothly. They make a valuable
contribution to the Hall’s atmosphere of welcome.

Many of you will know Parcevall Hall’s long-serving Chaplain, Graham Bettridge.
He is available for quiet days and services, and time with Graham can be arranged
through the Hall for confession, prayer or a confidential chat.

Our Guests Tell Us...

“It is possible to arrive at Parcevall in any state of mind, happy, ill, burdened, confused, or just tired out and what you receive turns out to be what is needed.”

"Thank you all so much for your hospitality, help and kindness. A mixture of peace and excitement."

“We have been visiting the Hall for a number of years and have always received a very warm welcome from the staff. The home cooked food is very enjoyable and the staff will always prepare an alternative dish if required for whatever reason”

"I came laden with sorrow and the load became lighter. I felt safe and protected and I leave with a glow, a sense of serenity and peace."

"A lovely place and we have many happy memories of church weekends there"

"Peaceful and wonderful as ever. So glad I was able to come even though on my own"

"Absolutely beautiful!  We have felt so at home here. Thank you."

“We all love the tasty comfort food and it does help us feel looked after”

“Parcevall is a rarity in the modern world. It is a home from home; a 'stately' home; a place for recharge and refreshment; a beautiful 'window' on the seasons of time.”

“The Staff who remember everyone, their families names, their problems etc. There are not enough words to appreciate & praise them all enough, nothing is too much trouble, the care & feeling of being enfolded into your family at PH is beyond compare.”
