THE TEAM

Like any establishment, the service our guests receive is only as good as the people looking after them.

At Parcevall Hall, we have a small but very dedicated team of staff, some of whom have been serving our visitors for over 20 years.

As well as cooks, housekeepers, front of house and “backroom” staff, our chaplain is available for services, quiet days, parish weekends, or just to meet individuals for confession, prayer or a confidential chat.

Our Guests Tell Us...

"Thank you once again.  You take such care of us.  A lovely tranquil start to the season.  Smashing food!"

“The best breakfasts we have ever had on holiday and we have had some good ones. Really good food!”

“We had visited Parcevall Hall when we first visited the lovely gardens not knowing about staying there. Later we received a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed there many times. We were so impressed with everything on our first stay during June 2014, we immediately booked again for 2015.”

“It is possible to arrive at Parcevall in any state of mind, happy, ill, burdened, confused, or just tired out and what you receive turns out to be what is needed.”

“From the first time I visited Parcevall Hall in 2001 it has for me remained the favourite retreat house of all those our group has stayed at.”

"Time spent at Parcevall is uplifting, restoring and very precious."

"Such a beautiful place. Thank you for your great hospitality and warmth."

"A haven of warmth and hospitality. Many thanks."

"I just wanted to say how much my group enjoyed their weekend at Parcevall Hall. They thought the venue was wonderful, they loved their rooms, the grounds, the food and the staff - helpful but unobtrusive was one comment I picked up.  As an organiser, I didn't have to worry about anything, it really could not have been better."

"The meal was very good indeed and the dining room was a delight. I think that people shared my thrill in being in such a memorable old building for the celebration; thank you very much indeed for making this possible."
